Based in Munich, Germany Jesper works as part of the global HQ Customer Experience Team @ Allianz, focusing on customer satisfaction, operational efficiencies, digital self-serve channels and advanced text analytics.

He previously worked to define key strategic growth areas within New Mobility and P2P motor segments and hosts several initiatives related to innovation and InsurTech, including internal newsletters, blogs and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Prior to joining the insurance industry, Jesper worked as a Finance Analyst at L’Oréal and Innovation Advisor at Innovation Centre Denmark.

Jesper will be joining a panel discussion about “hellbent disruption” in the insurance industry.
