Lars Bonde has spent more than 35 years in the insurance industry developing expertise in corporate strategy, business development, digitalization, innovation, legal matters, and M&A. At Tryg, the largest non-life insurance company in the Nordic region (with a nearly 300-year history), he has held positions of responsibility for all business units, including Claims. Several of these roles were alongside his role as a member of Tryg’s Executive Board. His management and leadership responsibilities include over 10 years of international board experience as well as a position as Chairman of the Council for Sharing Economy established by the Danish Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs.
