Price structure

Ticket prices and any applicable ticketing or payment fees will be shown during checkout before the purchase is completed. Fees may vary depending on the selected payment method and/or any additional products or services added to the order.

During ticket purchase, associated products and services such as, but not limited to, SMS tickets, refund protection and similar services may be offered. Such associated services and products may incur individual fees which will be displayed during checkout.


General Terms and Conditions for Event Organizers (Eventbuizz)

1. Definitions

“Eventbuizz” means Eventbuizz, CVR no. 34 05 57 77, Kobbelvænget 74, st., 2700 Brønshøj, Denmark.

“Organizer” means the person or legal entity using the Eventbuizz services for the purpose of advertising events and selling tickets and associated products/services.

“Agreement” means the agreement entered into between Eventbuizz and the Organizer regarding provision of the Eventbuizz services.

“Eventbuizz Services” means the services provided by Eventbuizz to the Organizer, including the Eventbuizz platform and related features used for ticketing, registration, payment and delivery.

2. Collection of payment (merchant of record)

Eventbuizz and Quickpay acts as merchant of record for ticket sales conducted via the Eventbuizz Services and receives customer payments (including any applicable VAT and fees) in connection with the purchase.

Payments are charged in connection with the delivery of the ticket and/or associated products/services, including electronic deliveries.

3. Settlement to Organizer

Proceeds from ticket sales are settled to the Organizer weekly, subject to applicable settlement routines and required reserves/holds from payment providers (including, where applicable, QuickPay and Clearhaus) until settlement.

4. Refunds, cancellations and complaints

The Organizer is responsible for the event and for handling customer inquiries regarding tickets, cancellations, changes, complaints and refunds.

As a general rule, the Organizer does not provide refunds, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated for the relevant event. In case an event is cancelled by the Organizer, the Organizer will handle refund decisions and processing in accordance with applicable rules and the event’s communicated policy.

5. Data processing

Eventbuizz processes personal data as part of providing the Eventbuizz Services. Eventbuizz’ privacy policy is available via their platform.

The organiser will share your data with event partners only and as required in order to deliver the required level of service in accordance with the event objectives.

A list of partners who are supporting the event can be provided upon request.

6. Law and venue

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Denmark.

1. Generelt

Eventbuizz stiller en online platform til rådighed, som anvendes til tilmelding, billetsalg og levering af billetter.

Ved køb af en billet/ydelse via Eventbuizz køber du din billet/ydelse til det konkrete arrangement, og Eventbuizz og Quickpay håndterer betalingen som merchant of record i forbindelse med checkout.

2. Bestilling og betaling

Billetter og eventuelle tillægsydelser købes via Eventbuizz til den angivne pris samt eventuelle gebyrer/omkostninger, som altid vil fremgå i checkout, inden købet gennemføres.

Betalingsmidler: Visa, Mastercard, Dankort og MobilePay.

Din betaling trækkes i forbindelse med levering af billetten og/eller anden ydelse, herunder elektronisk levering.

3. Levering

Levering af billet sker elektronisk (typisk via e-mail og/eller via adgang til billet i et digitalt format). Levering anses for sket, når billetten er gjort tilgængelig for dig.

4. Refundering, aflysning og ændringer

Som udgangspunkt ydes der ikke refundering, medmindre:

  • det følger af ufravigelige regler i dansk ret, eller

  • det er særskilt oplyst for det konkrete arrangement.

Ved aflysning eller væsentlige ændringer er det arrangøren (Copenhagen Fintech) der træffer beslutning om og håndterer eventuel refundering i henhold til gældende regler og arrangementets oplyste politik.

5. Klager og henvendelser

Eventuelle klager, spørgsmål, ændringer eller refundering anmodes som udgangspunkt rettet til arrangøren (Copenhagen Fintech), medmindre andet er oplyst i forbindelse med arrangementet.

6. Persondata

Eventbuizz behandler personoplysninger som led i levering af billetsystemet. Eventbuizz’ privacy policy kan tilgås via deres platform.

Eventbuizz’ Data Processing Agreement (DPA) kan findes her.

Arrangøren vil kun dele dine oplysninger med eventpartnere og udelukkende i det omfang, det er nødvendigt for at levere det aftalte serviceniveau i overensstemmelse med arrangementets formål.

En liste over de partnere, der understøtter arrangementet, kan udleveres efter anmodning.

7. Lovvalg og værneting

Aftalen reguleres af dansk ret, og tvister afgøres ved de danske domstole.
